Meetings of the SEA Board of Directors are held the fourth Tuesday of each month (excluding December and sometimes August). Meetings begin at 7pm and are held at The Homestead.
Visitors may attend these meetings as described in Article 7 Section 4 of the SEA Bylaws:
"General voting members and associate non-voting members may visit Board meetings as observers as they wish. Non-members may visit Board meetings upon invitation of the SEA President. Association members who wish to address the Board or bring matters to the Board’s attention must contact the SEA President in advance of the meeting to request that item be added to the Board meeting agenda."
We request that visitors notify us so that we may know how many people to expect.
