Evmark, the marketing and management organization for Downtown Evanston, is working to create a new brand identity that will draw people to the downtown, reinforce the image of the downtown district as a destination and create a consistent look and feel for all marketing efforts. To do this, it is important for us to understand:

- How Downtown Evanston is currently viewed
- What character issues and opportunities are present
- What identity/character the Downtown should project in the future, to attract residents, visitors, shoppers, workers, and other stakeholders

We are inviting current Evanston residents to join us for a relaxed discussion next Wednesday, April 1st, for about one hour. Seats are limited. Times and locations available are:
1:30pm at Ethel's Chocolate Lounge, 527 Davis St. or 7:30pm at the Globe Cafe lounge, Hotel Orrington, 1710 Orrington Ave.

By joining our discussion, residents will not only be helping us to understand these topics, but will be helping to shape the future identity of Downtown Evanston.
