Evanston Lakehouse and Gardens, a 501C3 non-profit, has submitted the only timely and complete response to the City’s RFP.  The proposal calls for an environmental education center, cultural and community event space.  This use has been recommended to the Council by the Harley Clarke Planning Committee, which consists of representatives from City of Evanston Parks, Recreation, and Community Services, and Lighthouse Landing Committee boards.

Please Contact your Alderperson and the Mayor and tell them you only support public use of the Harley-Clark House.
