SEA's Annual Meeting will take place October 23 at the Homestead in Evanston (1625 Hinman Avenue) starting at 6:30 pm. All are welcome. You do not need to be a member of SEA to attend. We encourage all Evanstonians to come and learn about SEA and hear an engaging and relevant talk by Cameron Davis (see related story).
The evening will kickoff with a social hour from 6:30-7:30 with light snacks and drinks. At 7:30 we will have a brief meeting of the SEA members present to vote for new SEA Board Members. There will also be more information about SEA, membership and SEA's role in city government, policy decisions and citizen involvement.
At about 8:00pm, Cameron Davis will speak on his experiences as a life-long advocate for the Great Lakes -- including time with the Obama administration as the Great Lakes Tzar.
